To Life!
Can you believe we’re now on our 12th power? It has been six months of wonderful connections, and content that encourages and empowers each of us to confidently express as the Christ we are. I truly hope your participation has been a blessing in many ways. How has your experience been? I’d love to hear from you (drop an email if ya like)!
The power we focus on, now through Dec. 31, is LIFE, the ability to energize, vitalize, enliven, animate, and invigorate.
The Life we are is an attribute of Spirit that reaches well beyond our bodies, as we engage with our families, our communities, our world.
Our amazing 12 Powers Contributors are an example of Life spilling over the edge, energizing and blessing so many, in so many ways. I personally would like to thank those whose teachings, music, meditations and more brought the 12 Powers Club to glorious life! Deepest gratitude to Rev. Linda Martella-Whitsett, Rev. Kitty Benson, Rev. Myra McFadden, Rev. Michael Davis, Rev. Blair Tabor, Rev. Christina Garza, Rev. Mary Beth Speer, Rev. Richard Mekdeci, Rev. Leddy Hammock, Sue Riley, Carol Gadbaw, Nathen Aswell, Sharon Dziubski, Jenna DiSandro, and all the SpiritRise songwriters and talented musical artists whose works touched our hearts. Also, your 12 Power Managers brought life and attention to the day-to-day of the 12 Powers Club – thank you so much to Parker Meredith, Valerie Mackey, Jana Stanfield, Ann Pogue and Rev. Michael! Last, but certainly not least, I so appreciate YOU being with us, bringing your energy and intention to this endeavor.
I have heard from many that have not experienced all the content yet, because of time constraints, etc. GOOD NEWS – the website will remain up and available through June 2022! That’s right, everyone has another six+ months to sit back (or roll up your sleeves!) and take it all in. Schweeet!
Once again, you have brought your energy and excitement to the club. Thank you so much for being a part of this exercise of faith and joyful expression.
Hugs and Blessings, Kim-Char Meredith
P.S. We did have some folks who joined the club after September, and we will be distributing donations to those churches they selected in January. The blessings continue to flow!
Kim-Char Meredith

“Changing The World From Her Chair” is the best way to describe Ann Pogue, co-founder of Refugee Film School with Jana Stanfield. While the pandemic was isolating for many, it opened up the world for Ann Pogue. She uses her background in Early Childhood Education to teach Social Media and other skills to teenage refugees to help them get work. She’s been promoting Positive Music online since 2010, making her nearly as famous as the Pos Music Award Winning artists that she helps behind the scenes.
“We cannot do all the good that the world needs, but the world needs all the good that we can do,” isn’t just a lyric from one of Jana Stanfield’s best known songs. It’s her mission statement. Jana Stanfield is co-founder of two International charities, Together We Can Change the World and Refugee Film School. Before that, she was known as a multi platinum songwriter and inspiring speaker, writing songs like “If I Were Brave” and “You Will Do Amazing Things.”
Parker is an audio/visual tech specialist, website designer and Partner at Pahzee Digital. He serves as the Technical Director at Unity in Naperville (six+ years). When he meets a new computer, he fights the urge to dismantle it in order to admire its inner workings.
